(Appeals, Reviews, Revisions & Revenue Litigation)

The Revenue Court Management System (RCMS) is a modern digital platform introduced by the Government to improve the management of revenue court cases. It enables revenue authorities to register, monitor, and process cases electronically, making proceedings more transparent, organized, and efficient. Through RCMS, litigants and legal representatives can track the status of their cases, hearing dates, and orders without unnecessary visits to government offices.

Revenue courts deal with a wide range of disputes relating to land ownership, partition, correction of revenue records, inheritance mutations, boundary disputes, tenancy matters, and other issues arising under revenue laws. Like any judicial system, decisions of revenue officers may sometimes require legal scrutiny. Therefore, the law provides the right to file appeals, reviews, and revisions before the competent higher revenue authorities, depending upon the nature of the order and the applicable law.

At Qanoon Markaz, we provide professional assistance in revenue litigation from the initial stage of the case until its final disposal. Our services include legal consultation, preparation of appeals, review applications, revision petitions, drafting legal grounds, examination of revenue records, and representation before the competent revenue authorities. Our objective is to ensure that every client receives fair legal guidance while protecting their lawful rights through the proper legal procedure
