AGREEMENT TO SELL

That I the above said seller has sold two buffaloes along with two calfs for consideration of sum Rs: 275,000/- from second party mentioned above. The purchaser has not paid me the consideration amount mentioned above for the payment which is agreed to be paid during the time span of three months.

If the purchaser wouldn’t pay me the above said amount during the period of three months this agreement would stand invalid and I would have right to get back the above said buffaloes.

During the period of three months if the aforesaid buffaloes dies I would have right to recover the above said money from the purchaser.

Both the parties are agreed on the above said terms and conditions and hereby given their signatures and thumbs impressions as seal.
